Notwithstanding the current financial climate sales of businesses still contimue to be negotiated. Please take a look at the new businesses recently taken on.

3044: A hair, nails and tanning salon on Crown Island, Nottingham.
3045: A dancewear retailer (mainly children's) in west Nottingham.
3046: A freehold fish & chip shop in Beeston.
3047: A super high sales restaurant between Nottingham & Derby.
3049: A sandwich bar with in house bakery in the Mansfield area.
3050: A beautifully presented cafe & coffee shop in Kirkby-in-Ashfield.
3051; A motor repair garage with car sales pitch in east Nottingham.
3052: A hair salon in a village east of Nottingham. (To be confirmed.)
3053: A garden landscaping business and stone and aggregate retailer.
3054: A fancy dress hire business, also undertaking garment alterations.
2055: A Nottingham city centre beauty salon. (To be confirmed.)

Sales recently completed include a florist in Bingham, a print business based in the Mansfield area, 'Tramwiches in Hyson Green', Scotts Sandwiches on Mansfield Road, 'Roll Call' in Long Eaton, a Letting Agency, Mr B's at Langley Mill, 'Playland in Mansfield, A sandwich bar in Arnold, 'The Crusty Cob', 'Snax-on-the-dale', 'Parkers Corner' in Hucknall, G & S Fruit & Veg in Carlton,'Quackers' on Carlton Hill, 'Picnics' in Eastwood, 'Butterfingers' on Vernon Road Basford, The former 'BJ's Playzone' in Kirkby-in-Ashfield, A news agent in Sutton-in-Ashfield, a fish and chip shop in Carlton, a Sauna in Mansfield, and many more!

Other significant or less common sales completed include a Marble & Granite Manufacturer in Derbyshire, a £1m per annum sales convenience store in St. Ann's, a town house hotel in Nottingham, 2 video outlets in Radcliffe-on-Trent and Cotgrave. Also 2 'Kumon' Maths & English teaching franchises, an Estate Agency, 3 Letting Agencies and an Accountancy Practice.

We have several sales in solicitors hands as at the time of writing, so there are buyers willing to pay realistic prices.


BUSINESSES WANTED.

We have buyers wanting a PET SHOP, KENNELS, a DRIVING SCHOOL and a CHILDRENS DAY NURSERY - south of Nottingham please. As we have none of these on our books, please contact us should you be considering selling.
