Who are we?
Ellis and Ellis are Business Transfer Agents. In simple terms we sell businesses. These can include Newsagents and Off Licences, Restaurants, Florists, Convenience Stores and so on, although larger commercial and industrial concerns are also entrusted to us.
Any business that can demonstrate a trading record can be sold. Businesses may occupy either freehold and leasehold premises and occasionally may trade from home. We tend to find that the less common retail businesses often find buyers relatively quickly.
Ellis & Ellis was established in the Nottingham area in 1988 and since forming 1500 businesses have passed through our books.
What area do we serve?
Our main area of specialisation is the area around Nottingham, Derby, Loughborough, Mansfield and the East Midlands generally.
